We have a Hotshots and a Hurricanes team entered in the Mini Football League tournament this Saturday.  Due to the pitch at Corbridge being unplayable it was decided by the organisers to hold the event at Complete Football, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 5HP.

Please arrive by 945 so we can be ready to play by 10 am the event will finish at 12 noon.

We only have seven in each squad so we need everyone to play please.

The cost will be £3 per player to cover the hire of the venue and referees.

Please ensure your son has shin guards, astro boots and a drink.

We have one team of 10 players entered into the festival due to it being half term and Bank Holiday weekend.

Please arrive at Cochrane Park. Newcastle University NE7 7JX by 945 am ready for a 10 am start and should be finished by 4pm.  Parking is limited and there is a £5 charge which goes to a local charity, please car share where possible.  Additional parking can be found at Henderson and a pay and display at Heaton Hawks.

Unfortunately there are no refreshments so please go prepared, and there is a Sainsburys within walking distance.

The costs will be £3 per player payable to me on the day please.

They are making it a Football World festival and we will be representing Iran.

Training will continue every Wednesday, please remember it starts 5.15 finishing at 6.30.

It will be on through half term, with the last week of training being Wednesday 18th June 2014, finishing before presentation night on Saturday 21st June and our family fun day on Sunday 20th June.

We have entered both teams into this 7 a side tournament, we have two squads of 10 players.

Please arrive at Downagate Playing Fields, Warwick Bridge, CA4 8RE  by 845 (it takes around 45 minutes from Hexham) so the players can be warmed up and ready to play as the tournament starts at 9 am.

We will be finished by 1230 as there are more groups playing in the afternoon.

There is plenty of car parking, but they will be charging a pound per car with all funds going to a local charity.   There are other attractions there on the day and hopefully it will be drier than last year!!

The cost per player is 3 pound, payable to me on the day.

Hurricanes still need to play Wylam in their final match in the Mini League.

Please be at Hexham Middle School by 6 pm  so we can be warmed up and ready to kick off at 6.30 pm.

Your son will need to wear shin guards, and if cold have under layers, hoodies and  jog pants for the warm up and a drink.

No players are on a rest week.
